张力教授团队在国际顶级期刊连续发表多项研究成果

    近日,我校人因与安全工程研究院张力教授团队在国际顶级期刊《Reliability Engineering & System Safety》上连续发表2篇研究论文。

    《Reliability Engineering & System Safety》由爱思唯尔和欧洲安全与可靠性协会联合出版,是国际可靠性与安全领域的顶级期刊,在202012月最新中科院分区中属于1Top期刊,JCR分区为Q1

    发表于《Reliability Engineering & System Safety》的论文《A human reliability analysis methodology based on an extended Phoenix method for severe accidents in nuclear power plants: Qualitative analysis framework》张力教授为通讯作者,陈帅为第一作者,青涛为主要作者,该文主要基于Phoenix-HRA方法,结合严重事故下的人员响应特征、已发生的核电严重事故的人因问题分析、文献调研、演习观摩和电厂走访,以及对现有HRA方法的适用性的评价,提出了严重事故下应急响应人员可靠性的定性分析框架。发表于该刊的另一论文《Analysis of dependencies among performance shaping factors in human reliability analysis based on a system dynamics approach》张力教授为通讯作者,刘建桥为第一作者,邹衍华和刘雪阳等为主要作者,该文主要采用系统动力学的方法研究了核电厂主控室操纵员行为形成因子间的相关性问题。

    另外,张力教授团队今年还在国际权威期刊《International Journal of Industrial Ergonomics》和《Journal of Nuclear Science and Technology》上各发表1篇研究论文;在国内高质量科技期刊T1级《核动力工程》和《原子能科学技术》上各发表1篇研究论文。
