夏二立，1988年出生，工学博士。2012年获石家庄铁道大学工程力学专业学士学位，2015年获石家庄铁道大学载运工具运用工程专业硕士学位，2021年获湖南大学机械工程专业工学博士学位，2021年进入湖南工学院工作。主要从事汽车CAE、汽车振动噪声控制等方面的工作，在国内外知名学术刊物上发表相关论文9篇。
