Excellent News! Two HNIT Courses Approved as Second Batch of National First-Class Undergraduate Courses

Recently, the Ministry of Education released the Notice on Announcing the Recognition Results of the Second Batch of National First-Class Undergraduate Courses (Doc No. 7 [2023] from Department of Higher Education). Two courses from Hunan Institute of Technology, namely Accounting and Polymer Chemistry, were successfully selected.


In recent years, the university has successively issued institutional frameworks such as the Measures for Course Construction and Management of Hunan Institute of Technology and the 14th Five-Year Plan for Course Construction of Hunan Institute of Technology to solidly advance curriculum development. The university will continue to adhere to the standards of high-order capacity, innovation, and challenge. Grounded in a student-centered, output-oriented, and continuous-improving philosophy, the university will actively promote the construction of first-class undergraduate courses, enhance curriculum quality and teaching standards, and achieve high-quality, connotation-driven development.


It is reported that a total of 5,750 courses were recognized in the second batch of national first-class undergraduate courses, including 1,095 online courses, 472 virtual simulation experimental teaching courses, 1,800 hybrid online-offline courses, 2,076 offline courses and 307 social practice courses.
