To All Faculty and Students,
根据国际教育学院工作安排，现将期末考试有关事项通知如下：
According to the work schedule of School of International Education, the following matters regarding the final examinations are hereby notified:
一、考试安排
I. ExaminationSchedule
《HSK2》、《HSK4》、《初级汉语口语I》、《初级汉语读写I》、《初级汉语听力I》、《初级汉语听力II》、《初级汉语口语II》、《初级汉语读写II》、《综合汉语1》和《汉语读写1》等10门课程根据学院安排进行期末考试。考查课程由任课教师自行组织课程考核。考试安排详见附件。
HSK 2,HSK 4, Elementary Chinese Speaking I, Elementary Chinese Reading and Writing I, Elementary Chinese Listening I, Elementary Chinese Listening II, Elementary Chinese Speaking II, Elementary Chinese Reading and Writing II,IntegratedChinese 1, and Chinese Reading and Writing 1—a total of 10 courses—will have their final examinations administered according to theSchool's arrangement.The assessment of other required courses is organized by the course instructor.Please refer to the attachment for the detailed examination schedule.
二、考试组织
II. Examination Arrangements
1.国际学生汉语与文化类课程期末考试由国际教育学院自行组织。
1.The final examinations for Chinese language and culture courses for international students will be organized by theSchoolof International Education.
2.考试期间，监考员须认真履行监考职责，组织考生签到，填写考场记录表，不得随意走出考场，不得接听手机。私自调换监考员、迟到、不认真履行监考职责的将按照《湖南工学院教学与教学管理差错和事故认定及处理办法》（试行）进行处理。
2. During the examination, Invigilators must diligently perform their duties, including organizing student check-in and completing the exam record form. Leaving the examination room at will or answering mobile phone calls is not permitted. Unauthorized replacement of Invigilators, tardiness, or failure to conscientiously fulfill duties will be subject to disciplinary measures.
3.各位同学需根据考试安排，带好考试所需文具和护照，参加考试。

III.Scoring
阅卷时间：2026年1月6日—15日。
ScoringPeriod: January 6, 2026–January15, 2026.
四、成绩提交
IV. Submission of Grading Sheet
各任课教师请于2026年1月15日前完成课程考核评分，并将成绩单及试卷材料交至教研室存档。
All course instructors are required to submit thegradingsheets and examination materials to the teaching and research office for archivingbyJanuary 15, 2026.
